Poptup provides a platform for clients to search and compare available spaces for pop-up events and short-term rentals. We act as an intermediary between clients and landlords, handling all bookings and communications.
3. User Accounts
To use our services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
4. Booking Process
When you find a space you're interested in, you'll submit an enquiry through our platform. The Poptup team will:
- Liaise with the landlord
- Obtain approval for your booking
- Act as a third-party agency on your behalf
5. Fees and Payments
Our fee structure includes:
- The space rental fee (paid to the landlord)
- A £150 administration and management fee
- A £450 marketing fee
The marketing fee covers:
- Creation of an online event within the Poptup portal
- Optional e-voucher creation for incentives
- Social media posts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) about your event on the Poptup platform
- Published Blog
6. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information for your booking and event
- Comply with all landlord rules and regulations
- Use the space only for the agreed-upon purpose
- Vacate the space at the end of your rental period
7. Landlord Relationships
Poptup acts as the client to the landlord. We handle all payments and communications on your behalf.
8. Cancellations and Refunds
Our cancellation and refund policy will be provided at the time of booking. Please review it carefully before confirming your reservation.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Poptup platform, including logos, designs, and text, is the property of Poptup or its licensors. You may not use this content without our express permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
Poptup is not responsible for the condition of the spaces listed on our platform or for any issues that may arise during your rental period. We act solely as an intermediary and booking service.
11. Privacy
We collect and use your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our data practices.
