How it works for Landlords, Property Managers and Commercialisation Agencies

 

When you create free listings with us, you become accessible to a wide variety of potential clients as we work directly with brands, PR agencies, events organisers and more.

Our goal is to make it as easy as possible for our users to find the perfect space and reserve it online, so they can focus on the event setup and execution process.

To do this effectively, we need to drive a high volume of enquiries and bookings to you.

Through our ever-expanding network, Poptup will connect you with individuals, brands and organisations interested in short-term leasing and commercial opportunities, placing you in front of potential clients who may not be familiar with your offering or agency.

If you're a new user, you may want to keep this tab open while signing up and adding your first listing, in case you have any questions.

  1. Select the sign-up option, and once registered, navigate to your profile and click Become a Vendor.
    Alternatively, scroll to the bottom of the homepage and click on Become a Vendor.

  2. Complete all the necessary fields.

  3. After submitting your details, check your email inbox for a verification email. Click the verification link provided to activate your vendor account.

  4. Once your account has been activated, log in to your vendor account and add any further details you wish to include in your profile.

  5. You're now primed to offer your services to our users! Just click Manage Space in the dashboard 

    OK, let's create a listing - Click Add Space

  6. In the ‘Title’ field, input the name of the shopping centre/shopping mall and the space available. For example, ‘The Shopping City - Supplied Kiosk, 3m L x 3m W x 2m H’.

  7. Assign a unique Booking Code to your listing. All users will need to contact you via our secure messaging portal with an overview of what they would like to achieve with the space prior to making a booking. If you are happy for them to go ahead and reserve the space, you will need to provide the booking code within your response - users are unable to reserve a space without this, so it keeps you firmly in control.

  8. In the ‘Content’ field include as much information as possible so that potential clients know exactly why your space could be perfect for their needs.

    You can also add a YouTube video, Frequently Asked Questions and Answers, and of course, images of the space and the surroundings. Maximum image dimensions 4000 pixels H x 1080 pixels W.

    Now let’s move on to the location - scroll up to the blue bar and click ‘2. LOCATIONS’

  9. When adding your space's location, make sure only to add the County in the 'Location' field, for example 'Greater London', and the full address in the 'Real Address' field, for example, 'Brent Cross Shopping Centre, Prince Charles Dr, Brent Cross, London NW4 3FP'.

  10. To find and add the longitude and latitude of your location for the map, click here.

  11.  You can set the listing’s default state as either ‘Always Available’ which allows users to select any dates when booking, or ‘Only Available On Specific Dates’ allowing you to set the dates the space is available.

    Once you have created your listing you will manage the availability in the Availability tab under the Manage Space section in your dashboard.

  12. When entering the fee in the ‘Price’ field, enter the base fee per day, and we’ll calculate the 'from' price based on the timeframe required.

    If you have a space which you would like to encourage clients to book quickly, you can also enter a ‘Sale Price’.

  13. You also have the option to use the ‘Extra Price’ section, where you can add additional features with pricing that clients can add to their booking, i.e. signage, kiosk customisation etc.

    Final step … ‘4. ATTRIBUTES’

  14. This is where you can select any attributes applicable to the listing, if there is an attribute you require that is not available, please email us at venues@poptup.co and we’ll add it for you.
