Booking a space with Poptup couldn't be easier. Our platform features an extensive selection of listings, allowing you to explore and send as many enquiries as you wish. The landlords and agencies we work with are quick to respond and our event management services are on hand to meet your needs and streamline your experience, if and when required.
- Go to our sign-up page
- Fill in all of the required fields.
- Once you've submitted your details, keep an eye on your email inbox for a verification message.
- Click the verification link to activate your account.
- After your account is up and running, log in and add more personal touches to your profile.
- You're all sorted! Explore our range of events and vendor services, and start booking!
- When trying to book a space, you will be prompted to send an enquiry to the Landlord/Property Manager/Agency, to explain what you intend to do with the venue. Try to include as many details as possible as this will help the Landlord, Property Manager or Commercialisation Agency decide whether or not they wish to work with you.
- Once the relevant Manager is satisfied with your intended use of their space, they will provide you with a booking code that you need to enter in the Booking Code field attached to the listing you wish to reserve, this allows you to make a payment.
- Once you've secured a booking, if you are not working with one of our agency partners and need any help putting your event together, reach out to our Events Management Team, and if we can deliver all or part of your project brief, sit back and let our team handle the nitty-gritty. And don't forget to drop us some feedback once you're done!
